Founder and Partner
A Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a first division Commerce graduate from Delhi University. He began his career as the Statutory Auditor and corporate advisor of a Multinational Corporation based in USA a decade ago. He holds more than 10 years of post qualification experience in Audits, Accounting Services, Direct Taxation & Indirect Taxation, Foreign transactions and compliances, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Set up, Inbound and outbound investment strategy, Valuations, Representation Services, helping MNC’s pivot to India and setting up business, business modelling, thinking scalability, increasing valuation metrics, helping company in a overall decision making and helping them aligning their thoughts to their visions.
Partner
A Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a first division commerce graduate from Nagpur University. She began her career at a Global bank where she managed the financials of trading desk based in South East Asia. She holds more than 7 years of post-qualification experience in Internal and Statutory Audits, Finance & Accounts, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Financial Model, Financial Management & reporting, Finalization of Accounts, Statutory Compliance/Liaison and MIS Foreign transactions and compliances, Business Set up and helping MNC’s pivot to India and setting up business. She is more into Operations and Execution at the Firm.
